Department Rooms

Courses which will be meeting in space scheduled by their respective department still need to have their assignments entered into RoomBook, so as to feed this information to the university catalog and course websites.

1. Select the course for which you're adding preferences from the Academic Browser.

2. Double click to open the Course Navigator screen for that course.

3. Select the section which you would like to assign a room, then click "Edit".

4. In the "Room Settings" section, leave "Set Standard Room Preferences" button selected.

5. In the "Preferences" section, select the building and room in which the course will take place. Next to the room selection, check the box marked "Required"

6. Click "OK"
