EMS RoomBook is the system of record for room management in FAS and SEAS. It includes multiple features and applications, include the RoomBook web portal, the EMS administrative portal, the Campus Planning Interface for department classroom management, an Outlook plugin, the RoomSign application installed outside rooms across campus, internal reporting, and custom API integrations.

All FAS and SEAS faculty, staff, and students have access to the RoomBook web portal via their Harvard Key. Individual booking access is determined by Harvard Key security. 

Any questions about access, either for RoomBook or as an administrator, should be directed to the FAS Registrar's team at emsadmin@fas.harvard.edu.
