Statuses
There are many different statuses used for reservations, each with their own meaning. However, there are only four types:
Book Space
Will create conflict with other reservations
Canceled
Will not create conflict with other reservations
Info Only
Will not create conflict with other reservations
Wait
"On Web" means the reservation will be visible to users in RoomBook.

Pending Approval - Holds Space | Book Space | Yes | Requests that come through standard, non-academic request templates that holds space |
Pending Approval - Info Only | Info Only | No | Requests that come through standard, non-academic request templates that do not hold space |
Undergrad Student Org Request | Book Space | No | Requests that come through the Undergrad Org Request template that do not hold space |
Web Canceled | Cancel | No | Bookings that are canceled through RoomBook by the requester |
