The Fall/Spring Room Request Forms should only be used for non-course related meetings and events that will occur between [Aug. 18th and Jan. 4th] and [Jan. 26 and Jun. 21], respectively. For course related events, please select the "Academic Request" form. Please use the January Form for any requests from Jan 5-25th. The Fall and Spring forms are each available 3-4 weeks before the semester begins, through the semester, and until the beginning of the next term.
Please note the following important policies:
- You should expect a response to your request within 2-3 business days. If you don't hear back after 3 days, you should follow up with the Approver. You can find the contact information for each room's Approver by selecting "Browse for Space" from the "Browse" drop-down menu in the upper-left corner. Then click the room you requested and read the notes that appear.
- If you request space with less than 24 hours notice, you should follow up with the Approver immediately to ensure he or she sees your request.
- All weekend events should be requested by noon the previous Friday at the latest.
- Most Approvers work Mon-Fri from 9am to 5pm. Requests that are entered outside of these hours will not be processed until the following business day at the earliest. The same is true of requests entered during University breaks and holidays.
